So on Sat we transported the plywood sheet and a third of the subfloors because of a screw-up from Home Depot. Waiting for the refunds to be processed and will try it again. Fun Fun. One thing I’ve notice is that I bought 2 inch tatami mats from Fuji Mats. Which was the creme dela creme of mats. However they are hard as a brick. I’m hoping the will soften with time but I might have to look at crash mats in the future.
Still waiting for the landlord to finish the HVAC work. Eventify the entire unit needs replacing and contractors in Northern Virginia are in high demand. Fingers crossed we will be ready before Tai Sai. Serenity now…
